Tasks

  • Ensure seamless personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding of employees
  • Maintain and update employee master data and HR systems accurately
  • Prepare and process requests and extensions for work permits
  • Assist HR Business Partners in daily tasks, generating informative statistics and interesting HR projects
  • Manage the recruiting process including the application process, organising and conducting initial interviews
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external departments and service providers, handling all correspondence related to personnel matters
  • Organise internal training sessions and events such as our Welcome Days, different workshops, and other initiatives

Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in HR administration and generalist function
  • Hold a recognised qualification as an “HR Assistant/Personal Assistant”, “HR Fachfrau/mann mit eidg. Fachausweis” is desirable
  • Strong MS Office skills, and IT affinity
  • Proficiency in SAP/HCM is highly advantageous
  • Demonstrate high levels of discretion and reliability in handling confidential information
  • Exhibit a genuine passion for HR, with exceptional communication abilities and a collaborative spirit
  • Show initiative, resilience, and strong organisational and planning skills
  • Fluency in both German and English, both written and spoken, is essential
