Tasks

Your Space to Collaborate and Innovate:
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to actively shape change and develop innovative solutions. You will get insights in the basics of IT Project Management, IT Strategy, Portfolio Management, and Workshop facilitation.

  • Support IT Project Teams with organizing and facilitating project and solution development workshops and meetings
  • Support the creation of digital solution sketches and IT concepts
  • Collaborate with internal functional experts and external service partners to bring creative project ideas to life and foster innovation
  • Help to track project objectives, such as timelines, scope, quality, and resources to ensure project success
  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives within the interdisciplinary “Digital Collaboration-Lab”, supporting the development teams with their conceptualization, analysis, experimenting, testing and implementation
  • Support the Digital TFM Project Management team with administrative tasks, planning meetings, and documenting discussions

Requirements

You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
  • You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and in case of mandatory internship a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application)
  • You can work independently, managing tasks with minimal supervision while bringing your own ideas to the table
  • You excel at tracking deadlines and organizing various tasks efficiently
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and German (Level B2), with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and inspire others
  • You are proficient in MS Office applications (MS Teams, Excel, and Powerpoint)
