The IT Junior Expert will support the operational implementation and maintenance of WalkMe solutions, with strong focus on documentation, process standardization and configuration quality.

Tasks
  • Configure and maintain WalkMe content (Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, SmartTips, ShoutOuts, Surveys) based on defined requirements
  • Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for WalkMe configuration, deployment and maintenance activities
  • Support QA and UAT testing activities
  • Document technical setup, selector logic and dependencies in target systems
  • Maintain version control and structured change logs
  • Ensure alignment with naming conventions, governance and deployment standards
  • Prepare structured handover documentation for operational support
  • Support monitoring activities and prepare basic usage reports
  • Contribute to process standardization and continuous documentation improvement
  • Create detailed configuration documentation for new WalkMe assets
  • Update SOPs after system changes or releases
  • Maintain knowledge base entries related to WalkMe configuration
  • Support deployment to sandbox/test/production environments according to defined process
  • Provide L1 support and escalate complex technical topics

Requirements

General Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in IT, Business Informatics or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support, application management or system configuration
  • Experience in creating technical documentation or SOPs
  • Understanding of SaaS applications
  • Very good English (written and spoken)
  • Basic knowledge of IT Service Management principles

Role Specific Knowledge (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with configuration of web-based tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
  • Basic understanding of HTML structure / selectors logic
  • Understanding of QA / UAT processes
  • Familiarity with documentation standards and process governance

Required Soft Skills

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to translate technical steps into clear written documentation
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team-oriented mindset
