As a Launch Support Specialist , at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars. What awaits you? Working in a highly motivated production team in series production of the Gen6 Energy module in Debrecen, Hungary. Transferring the process changes incurring of product changes from our development center in Germany to our production in Debrecen. Launching production process changes for special processes such as welding, foaming, gluing, bolting or clinching. Being responsible for understanding the changes and preparing a training concept for our production staff, training our production staff and implementing the changes. Changing and updating the relevant documents. Cooperating with the production staff and other methodologists from the network and prototype shop. What should you bring along? Successfully completed Bachelor´s degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or any equivalent experience in a related field. At least three years of professional experience in the field of production with a very good understanding of manufacturing technology. In-depth knowledge in the areas of welding, foaming, gluing, bolting and clinching would be an advantage. Ideally you are a team player, you are motivated and creative, assertive and initiative. You have excellent analytical-, communication-, and teaching skills. You have knowledge of problem-solving methods. Professional proficiency in English and Hungarian is required. German language knowledge would be an advantage.
