Tasks
How do we elevate reliability? This role involves the following tasks, among others
Support the implementation of the local/regional operations business plan & measures meant for the support of the worldwide handling strategy
Assist in the analysis of cost/budget achievements/service element and performance
Monitor the performance of subcontractors to ensure required performance levels/request required corrective action
Responsible for handling of mail OAL, DGR storage, DGR training, FAA and TSA regulations, warehouse/weight and volume checks and any irregularities
Work according to documented Quality Manual procedures and promote a preventative culture using the tools provided
Assist in the management of all warehouse affairs/documentation (handling of flights and trucks, storage of cargo, physical acceptance and delivery)
* Takeover of additional tasks when required

Requirements
Are you ready to Take-off with us? Know more about the requirements:
High school diploma/GED required
University Degree or equivalent higher education diploma desirable
3-6 years’ experience in export and import warehouse operations
Experience with aircraft ground operations is desirable
Fluency in English language required
Knowledge of warehouse and logistics management
Qualification according to CHM / GOM
Computer literate as user
Excellent problem solving
Excellent ability to work under pressure
Excellent quality consciousness
Excellent safety and security
Excellent commitment
Must be willing to work shifts
Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
