As Manager Partnership and Experimental Marketing you are the main interface towards various partners in the travel industry and you are responsible for implementing experimental marketing initiatives for the Discover Airlines brand.

Your tasks:

  • Setting up a framework for partnership management including clear KPIs
  • Identifying and cultivating partnerships with like-minded brands, organizations and industry partners (e.g. tourism boards, airports)
  • Defining joint communication needs together with the partner and preparing briefings for media and creative agencies
  • Defining scalable packages for various communication needs and implementing those in close cooperation with the respective channel owner
  • Creating customized reports ensuring continuous joint learnings
  • Developing and executing experimental marketing initiatives together with our agency
  • Event planning and execution from start to finish for different target audiences
  • Montoring budgets
  • Continuous development of our ambient media catalogue
  • Agency steering

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree and relevant professional experience
  • You have at least two years of experience in (partnership) marketing and/or event management
  • You have profound knowledge of the overall marketing landscape (from classical campaigning to social media)
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • First experience in project and/or campaign management is beneficial
  • You have a creative mind with a keen eye for color, shapes, text and layout
  • You work innovative and are open to change

The employment is fixed term for an initial period of 24 months, with the option of unlimited employment.
