Tasks

As the MES Engine Shop Mechanic, you will be entrusted with a spectrum of responsabilities, incluiding:

  • Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required duties
  • Diagnoses problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
  • Detects errors and correct through proper departmental channels
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements

* Performs other duties as assigned by Crew Chief and Production Team Lead

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Fluency in English required
  • FAA Power-plant Certificate
  • Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent safety and security
  • Must have a Passport and be willing to travel if needed
  • Assessment screening
  • Willingness to travel
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Must be willing to work shifts
  • Manage constant time pressure
  • Manage high stress levels
  • Lift up to 70 lbs
  • Outdoor weather conditions
  • Noise pollution
