Tasks
How do we elevate reliability? This role involves the following tasks, among others
Achieves sales budget targets for assigned accounts
Identifies/manages opportunities with existing customers to negotiate new profitable long-term business
Acquires new customers using sales tools and external information
(Re-)Negotiates special rate agreements and LTCs considering market and performance
Develops/sells customer-oriented logistic solutions with Handling and Inside Sales
Shares key customer information with Commercial Manager and teams
Acts as “touch point” for Claims and Complaints for transfer to CST/accounting
Creates rate offers, with and without guarantee of transportation
Enters into transportation agreements with customers
* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
Are you ready to Take-off with us? Know more about the requirements:
High school diploma/GED required
Bachelor's degree desirable
2-3 years previous cargo experience, preferred sales experience or in a related area such as in the transport and logistics industry
Excellent skills of written and spoken English language
Advanced IT knowledge, preferably including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Must be willing to work shifts
Must possess a valid work permit in the U.S.
