You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other relevant disciplines. You have several years of professional experience in SEO with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing SEO strategies (On- and off-page) which significantly improved organic search performance, preferably for international B2B businesses. You have extensive knowledge of SEO best practices and you’re passionate about staying on top of news and trends in SEO and Online Marketing. You have deep knowledge of technical SEO best practices and optimizations. You are experienced in working with several SEO toolkits, web crawlers and web analytics tools (E.g.: SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Sistrix, etc.) You have analytical skills and a data-driven growth mindset. Business fluent language skills in German and English enable you to communicate confidently with our international teams. You support our content strategies with SEO insights and best practices to continuously optimize our organic reach and customer experience. Together with our Website Manager you will conceptualize and orchestrate the development of our multiple international websites. You will monitor and evaluate search results and performance across all major search channels to improve rankings. You will develop, track and monitor SEO targets, including KPIs and OKRs, in alignment with ambitious business objectives. You can flexibly work remote and at the office in coordination with your team lead - the technical requirements for this are in place from day one.
