About the team and the role: The Strategic Account Management team partners with B2C sellers to grow their businesses on eBay’s marketplace. This role focuses on sellers in Electronics and Collectibles, with a strong emphasis on expanding the Refurbished category. As a Senior Strategic Account Manager, you will manage and develop a dedicated portfolio of sellers (“book of business”), driving sustainable GMV growth and advertising adoption while building long-term partnerships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Category Management, Retail Standards, eBay Live, and Support, and play a key role in shaping seller strategy and performance.
