Manage development and maintenance of Automotive sector strategy incl. all required deliverables. Orchestrate the alignment and exchange of sector, BAs, heat and CFs communities. Derive the strategic program, objectives and decisive strategic projects. Support the sector product portfolio management on cross-P&L level. In scope of strategy: Lessons learned, best practice, network, benchmarking, tooling. Drive value creation approach, value chain analysis and positioning. Conduct business and market analysis for value pools, invest and divest areas. Ensure consistency of Auto Sector, BA and CF strategies. Conduct portfolio analysis with clear target setting and corresponding recommendations incl. impact and effects. Ensure strategy implementation in Continental Automotive Manage strategic projects incl. setup, implementation, reporting. Drive business excellence to enhance operational performance and processes in a sustainable manner. Identify and develop new business which is not covered by existing P&L entities. Orchestrate strategic view onto the group sector innovation portfolio from BIZ point of view. Specific focus of each position more on Strategy Development or Strategy Implementation to be defined.Other locations are possible. Staffing in Frankfurt location preferred.
