In our team HR Services France Payroll and Personal Administration, we provide HR services to our BASF group companies based in France. We are looking for a Working Student with French (m/f/d) to support our Team with our personal administration tasks and projects.
In this experience, you will get to discover HR administration aspects and work on diverse tasks such as:
- Support the creation and updating of documentation for our internal HR administration and payroll processes;
- Perform the visual representation of the processes thanks to a workflow management tool;
- Support the redesign of the onboarding process within the team to ensure a smooth experience for team members;
- Perform data quality checks in the daily business to provide a continuously compliant array of payroll and personal administration processes.
- You are a student enrolled at university looking to gain experience in the HR field as part of your studies;
- You have a strong interest in Human Resources;
- You are proactive and have good analytical skills;
- You have good MS-Office expertise. Knowledge of Excel is strong-valuable;
- You are professional and open-minded;
- You are able to communicate effectively in French and have a good knowledge of English, German is a plus.
