WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In your new role, you take ownership for the financial analyses of business performance, operational controlling processes and the execution of projects, with strong focus on the Export Refinish Business in EMEA. As part of our global Controlling community, you report to the Subregional Controller of the Export Subregion as well as administratively to the Head of Regional Controlling in EMEA. The position can be based in any EMEA country, such as Germany, Austria, or France. 

• You prepare, validate and consolidate monthly financial reports and KPIs, conducting performance analyses to identify deviations and define corrective measures.
• Furthermore, you support profitability, risk and strategic analyses while delivering ad-hoc financial reports that facilitate management decisions.
• You coordinate operational planning and forecasting cycles, gathering and validating financial data from country teams as well as stakeholders.
• Additionally, you support the implementation and improvement of controlling processes while ensuring compliance with regional and global standards.
• Lastly, you contribute to projects focused on data analyses, reporting enhancements or process improvements and track their development effectively.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• bachelor´s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
• minimum of 2 years of professional experience in controlling, finance, or accounting
• solid knowledge of financial systems, ideally SAP and Power BI
• strong analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking
• very good language skills in English
• team-oriented personality with strong presentation and communication skills
