Manager Security Services (m/f/d)

With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, you will work continuously on further development and develop customized security concepts.

In your role, you will actively design processes and control people and goods checks at the entrances to the assigned operating areas.

• Ensuring the service provider management of Lufthansa Group Security Operations GmbH at the locations in the Rhine-Main area and additionally the decentralized operational areas of LGSO (e.g. CGN)
• Operational control of the assigned areas of LHA according to §9 Aviation Security Act in FRA, various security and reception services on behalf of various LH Group subsidiaries.
• Management of external service providers, in particular specification and quality assurance of services, regular jour-fix with corresponding contact persons, analysis, evaluation and elimination of weak points/deficiencies in the provision of services, issuing of notices of defects if necessary
• Compliance with and assurance of the defined quality standards
• Project management
