Tasks

As the Mechanic-Engine Shop (Rolls Royce), you will be entrusted with a spectrum of responsabilities, incluiding:

  • Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, repair, and building of engines in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals, engineering work instructions and work order to perform required duties
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, as well as test and adjust
  • Clearly communicates any concerns to their direct supervisor
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements

* Perform other duties as assigned by Production Team Lead & Supervisor, Engine Repair Shop

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, technical training. Two or more years of related experience
  • Experience with Rolls Royce engines preferred
  • Powerplant Certification required
  • Ability to effectively use the English language, both oral and written, to communicate information to others
  • Must have passport upon successful hire and be willing to travel
  • Some weekend work required
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Commitment to company values and ethics
  • Must be willing to work shifts
  • Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
