Our colleagues develop their individual abilities through the close cooperation between different divisions and departments.   Senior Specialist Accounting.   As a Senior Specialist Accounting you will be responsible of BMW Leasing credit losses postings and ownership for the entire reconciliation with the contract management system. Also prepare and execute necessary adjusting journal entries to clear reconciling items in the general ledger, including sufficient supporting documentation.   Responsibilities. Lead and coordinate thorough research and analysis of reconciling items to ensure appropriate resolution within established guidelines. Ownership of reconciling the accounting system with the Retail Finance contract management system. Oversee and manage validation of the net-offset process for leasing contracts. Ownership of different entries for Leasing Standard, Write offs and Retail Reserves. Responsible of insurance related postings including monitoring of insurance fee collection. Responsible of dealer commission postings including monitoring of dealer commission payments. Manage tasks, coordinate and answer questions from internal and external audit and follow up independently on open topics. Responsible of reconciling Beneficia for charges of license plates. Responsible of fixed assets postings for BMW Leasing, including security deposits.   Qualifications and experience. Bachelor's degree in Accounting. 5 years of experience in Accounting. 3 years of experience in banking or financial services. Knowledge in accounting of Leasing or SOFOM companies.
