The Customer Reviews team is looking for a Senior Manager of Product Management, Technical. You will develop the roadmap and best practices for a team of 6 PMs responsbile for the efficent operation of, and future innovation with, Customer Reviews. You’ll need to operate with a high level of autonomy, operate analytically, working backwards from data and customer insights to tackle this highly ambiguous and high impact area. You will partner and engage with senior leaders across multiple Senior VP organizations to define and drive the changes.

The Customer Reviews team owns the reviews CX and technology solutions WW. We invest in LLM based solutions across the entire CX and launched Reviews Highlights.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Berlin, BE, DEU
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing teams
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment
