• Drive supply chain improvement projects and facilitate best practice sharing across regions for Henkel Consumer Brands (HCB)
  
• Continuously improve processes and accuracy
  
• Guide regional NPI teams on project management and Gantt
  
• Provide trainings on project management
  
• Analyze project management processes to identify optimzation potential and lead implementation of respective actions
  
• Leverage agile methods to streamline project management and give accountability to the team
  
• Design and implement the requisite processes and structures that ensure long-term success of the solutions
  
• Drive strategic HCB transformation projects and strengthen the foundation of our future success
  
• Manage individual, complex, cross-regional innovation projects at the operational level

• Master's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Innovation or similar  
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in the areas of supply chain management, project management and innovation
  
• Knowlegde in supply chain optimization
  
• Experience with project governance, program management and stakeholder management  
  
• Certified project management expert
  
• Skills in Gantt usage & simplification
  
• Fluent English language skills
