• Become a full member of the Adhesive Technologies Industrials EIMEA team and facilitate leadership meetings
  
• Join the Industrials project management team, steer the implementation of strategic initiatives on regional level and run selected initiatives as project owner
  
• Coordinate and drive change management
  
• Support the team in ad-hoc requests
  
• Optimize processes (e.g., ACE / ISR reviews)

• Successful completion of studies, business- or science related (M.Sc. or MBA preferred)
• Ideally 5 years’ experience in strategy/PMO or commercial roles and a track record of successful project work; international experience is beneficial
  
• Highly advanced analytical and strategic thinking, combined with excellent communication skills
  
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Fluent English language skills
