Design, develop and build high class IFE and CMS systems for VIP clients around the world.

Design, debvelop and build IFE and CMS systems for the high end VIP clients of IDAIR.

  • Designing, reviewing and releasing technical specifications, system architectures, system block diagrams and documentation of Cabin Management and In-flight Entertainment Systems for VIP and Head of State aircraft to meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • Configurating the system; participating in system testing; building and releasing software installation packages
  • Loading software on test racks or aircraft, troubleshooting, analyzing, documenting and resolving open issues.
  • Developing estimates, including identifying and mitigating technical and schedule risks
  • Establishing and maintaining deep knowledge of the technologies and systems to be a proficient technical leader able to effectively communicate with all levels of customers, suppliers, and management.

Experienced System Engineering in aviation, automotive or similar

  • Experience in integrating and troubleshooting complex embedded Linux TCP/IP applications, services, and systems.
  • University degree preferably in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
  • Experience in Network troubleshooting using Wireshark
  • 3+ years of experience working with technical suppliers
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English
  • Experience with Ruby programming or similar programming languages
  • Experience with XML
  • Knowledge of Audio/Video Streaming Technologies
  • 3+ years of experience developing and managing strong relationships with partners (internal & external) and customers and representative consultants
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English and German
